All Power Trip gear is covered for a One (1) year period from the date of purchase to the Original Retail Purchaser. Warranty covers factory defects such as defective seams, snap failure and/or zipper failure. Items returned to Power Trip for Warranty Consideration must be accompanied by a copy of the Original Purchase Receipt and when possible, the item should be cleaned before returning unless cleaning would further compromise the defect or damage the product (such as damaging waterproofing). Power Trip will REPAIR zippers, snaps and most seam failures. Items will only be replaced if it cannot be repaired.
Freight to the Power Trip warranty location will be the product owners responsibility, return freight will be covered by Power Trip to US destinations only. International customers are responsible for all shipping and other incurred expenses such as duties taxes…etc.
Items typically NOT covered by warranty are failures or damage due to crashing, contact with hot surfaces such as exhaust pipes, cuts by sharp objects and fading caused by exposure to sunlight for long periods. If there is a question of whether the item is covered, please be certain to contact a warranty representative or customer service BEFORE sending the product in for review.
